The North Face also integrated a Recco avalanche rescue reflector into the Women's Elemot Jacket for expedited locating with properly equipped backcountry teams. The waterproof hood on the Women's Elemot Jacket remains attached, but it's fully adjustable and appropriately sized to accommodate the skiing and snowboarding helmet designs currently available.
